Observation

Based on information gathered during another facility inspection it was determined that the child care facility did not have written parent agreement for if and when the children needed to be picked up after school - whether on the van or being walked to the center. In previous years they have had this agreement in place but due to covid and starting school in the middle or end of the year this piece was missed. Based on information gathered during another facility inspection it was determined that the child care care facility when picking up children after school, whether in a van or walking, did not have emergency information on the children, a first aid kit and the attendance sheet for who to pick up.
